The manuscript should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. Authors can download the paper template below. TPJ only accepts manuscripts in Microsoft Word 2007/2010 formats.

Guidelines for Manuscript Preparation

Manuscript preparation should be 6 to 12 pages based on the quality of contents. TPJ can exceptionally accept shorter or longer manuscripts.

  • Title: Particular, brief but comprehensive, reflecting paper ideas. Capitalize only the first letter of the first word except for abbreviations and acronyms.
  • List of Authors: Full name, designation, department, organization, city, state, country, and email addresses of all authors.
  • Abstract: Core of the manuscript containing background, objective, methods, and results. Maximum 350 words, no references.
  • Keywords: Minimum five keywords, separated by commas.
  • Introduction: Provides study significance, literature background, model, and objectives.
  • Literature: Summarize publications with pros and cons, using tabular/graphical representation where needed.
  • Evaluation and Analysis: Evaluate performance based on previous research comparing with current work.
  • Materials and Methods: Include algorithm, flowchart, dataset used, and method explanation.
  • Results: Detailed and understandable result analysis supported by figures and tables.
  • Discussion: Interpretations, opinions, and comparative analysis with previous methods.
  • Conclusions and Future Work: Summary of findings, relevance, and recommended research gaps.
  • Acknowledgements & Funding: Mention significant contributors and funding sources.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Must state all potential conflicts. If none exist, state: "The authors have no conflicts of interest to declare."

Figures and Tables

  • Number figures and tables separately.
  • Capitalize only the first letter of the first word in the caption.
  • Figure captions: Placed below the figure.
  • Table captions: Placed above the table.
  • Provide proper citation at the end of the caption if adapted from another source.

References Format

TPJ uses sequential numbered citation ordered by appearance in text. List the first six authors followed by ", et al." if there are more than six.

Authors Biography & Appendices

Authors Biography: All authors should include biographies with photos at the end of the paper. Include date/place of birth, educational background, professional memberships, position, publications, achievements, and research areas.

Appendices: Contains non-essential information useful for further clarification.
